February Red Day

Happy Valentine day to all Americans and White day to all Japanese.   The day before I stopped by Leslie's job and most of the students gave me hugs and love.  There are some who gave me a handshake and some gave me valentine cards.  Although , not most of the 1st graders know how to spell correctly but their phonics are so sweet and cute.  I almost teared when Chris, a kindergarten gave me his red envelope and I told him that you should keep all of it, so he pulled out his dollar and gave me his envelope because it was red; red represents valentine.   At the end, I gave it back to him so he gave me a handshake and greeted me with sweet sweet words.  Ha! The older students also gave a handshake and valentine greetings.   Had such a sweetest time of all.

I especially love Sophia and Allison personal cards.  I was expecting chocolates from them.  The only time they pass out chocolate is Halloween.
