Stay Chic

C'mon , I am going to keep this as short n' simple as possible.  Alright, being a girl is one tough job.  Always have to spend lots of time , nourishing from head to toe.  Every day I am learning and fighting to maintain the flawless look.

Face: My skin care line.  I don't believe in make up expect a lip  color butter for a touch of color sensational.
Eyebrow shaping
Retinol (Vitamin A)... Slow down the aging ... must have.  I use it everyday
Exfoliate (Lemon with sugar scrub) dead skin cells  -It's a DIY and it's organic

Tips:

Drinks lots of water to stay hydrated  ( 8 cups ), the truth is..  i only drink 6 cups per day.  

Body check up  ( withdrawing blood )  PCP visits from time to time.  ( Who really has the time to visit a doctor unless body ill?)

Sleep more ( I hardly can do that )

Right choices to eat (eat slowly ) * I can do that ....  eat at the right amount of nutrients 

Exercise more ( Lack in that the most).  So, this is why I am writing about this log entry and going to commit that this summer I will get in shape and live healthier and happier. >>> Summer Goal!!!
